How does it work?
An NFC enabled mobile phone with pre-installed iREP Security mobile app will be issued to the security officers of each shift. The app helps to gather data from the NFC tags at each security checkpoint and visitor cards with updates on the iREP web platform through mobile or WIFI network. Operation managers will be able to access the information anywhere with an internet connection.
Functions
Security officers on patrol will be able clock-in using the mobile app to scan the NFC (Near Field Communication) tags mounted at security checkpoints around the premise. Data collected will then be automatically generated into a report, completed with photographs taken. Incident reports can be sent immediately to relevant operation managers for the immediate course of action.

Security officers will be able to locate the missing points directly as it will be clearly stated in-app. This helps to save time as security officers do not have to detour back to the guard room just to locate the missing point.
Live image capture with real-time and time stamp
Checkpoint inspection can be kept up to date fuss-free with realtime images and time-stamp recorded.
Report generation & flexible report filtering
The iREP web platform provides access to reports anytime, anywhere. Data collected is automatically organised into reports for viewing. Security firm’s clients can be granted direct access to selected clocking reports to minimise downtime on manual or email report from firms.
Managers will also be able to refer to the clear clocking report without issue.
