Visitor Management System (VMS)
An NFC enabled mobile phone with pre-installed iREP Security mobile app will be issued to the security officers of each shift. The app helps to gather data from the NFC tags at each security checkpoint and visitor cards with updates on the iREP web platform through mobile or WIFI network. Operation managers will be able to access the information anywhere with an internet connection.
Visitors can exchange for an NFC tag embedded visitor card using their NRIC. NRIC barcode is scanned and paired with the information in the visitor card. Both blacklist and whitelist visitors will also be highlighted in the system and entry will be barred. Security managers will be able to access detailed visitor information anytime, anywhere via the web platform.

The VMS helps to track who the visitors are and how long have they been on the premise. For any blacklisted individuals identified that had entered the premise, an alert will be activated immediately.
