Features of SOS
How does it work?
An NFC enabled mobile phone with pre-installed iREP Security mobile app will be issued to the security officers of each shift. The app helps to gather data from the NFC tags at each security checkpoint and visitor cards with updates on the iREP web platform through mobile or WIFI network. Operation managers will be able to access the information anywhere with an internet connection.
Emergency SOS alert provides a digital voice recording 15 to 30 seconds on the iREP Security Mobile device and transmits it to the web platform. This recording can be played back at the HQ Command Centre. Any alert submitted will also be broadcasted out to the emergency subscribers.
Security guards need not have to individually communicate and alert the person-in-charge for the respective issues. Broadcast can be done to the respective person(s)-in-charge with only a click of a button on their mobile device.
Protect the Safety of our Officers
The SOS will broadcast once activated and no one can stop the broadcast once its activated.
Faster Response Time
With the emergency alert broadcast, any issues that need immediate response the respective personnel can be notified immediately. The system also has recording playback, time stamp, location and officer ID that is meant to facilitate investigation purposes.
