How does it work?

The E-Leave Management System streamlines communication between HR and employees and facilitates simple yet efficient management of employee leaves. The system is also compliant to the annual leave entitlement structure for security officers established by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Employees can apply for leave by using the iREP Security application or via the web portal. The E-leave system accounts that all leaves are taken and leave requests of all security officers are properly monitored and approve their leave on the go. Moreover, the E-leave Management complements the HR and Payroll module by accurately reflecting days of leave applied and calculate the salary accordingly.
