M2Sense Washroom Management System is a smart technology that consists of sensors, density and human counter.  It provides analytics and alert, allowing predictive smart deployment cleaning, usage frequency and instant response for building toilets.  

 

HOW IT WORKS?

With the human traffic counter, it effectively track and count the number of people entering the washroom.  The traffic sensor has an infra-red beam, whereby when the beam is cut, the count is sent to the controller.  The information is transmitted real-time to the software backend system and tabulated the results automatically. 

 

FUNCTIONS

Human visit when entry or exit from the washroom, the system is able to detect the person through the sensors.  Allowing measurement of usage levels.  Each visit is immediately transmitted to the server which calculates the frequency as well as the overall number.  Providing quantitative and qualitative analysis measurement traffic and usage of the washroom.

The platform is enhanced with an odor detection for ammonia and other inert gases from human waste.  The gas regulator has two probes, one pick up the inert gases, one do the cancel negative results from air refreshing deodorants installed in common toilets.  Once a set threshold is hit, an email or sms notification will be sent out to the relevant party responsible for cleaning.

 

FUNCTIONS

By sending information real time back to the software for tabulation various stages of gas levels will trigger an alert to the washroom owner or cleaning company for a request on cleaning services.

Instant feedback and survey is an interactive station which allows public to submit a service request and allow remedy actions to be taken immediately.  Public can use the intuitive touchscreens panel installed in the washroom by pressing a submit button to send off a service requests, addressing details of issues or expressing their level of satisfaction.  After a request is submitted, the system will transmit and trigger an email or sms alert to the smartphone of the contractors’ supervisor, who will then initiates the necessary amendatory or remedial actions.

With the instant real-time feedback touchscreen panel in the washroom, public is able to rate the washroom on their satisfaction level.  Immediate assessment of the service level, design and functionality of the washroom can be ascertained.  For less favorable feedback, supervisors can receive system alerts to initiate service remedial and attend to customer needs and requests.

HOW IT WORKS?

By using the e-Inspection function, inspector will either use a smartphone or panel terminal, scan the ID card and location tag, with checklists loaded to the smartphone or panel terminal.  They will do the digital checklists and take photographs as proof of service, then submit the report real-time!  Report real-time, will be sent to the cloud server, an email or sms notification will be push down to the necessary personnel indicating that the service is completed.
